Regualr Season Week 7

Week 7 saw regular seasons end and sectional draws come out! Ashlyn Fish and Micaela Tahoe were singled out by the Times Union for their performances the past week, and we had several girls highlighted as well by the Times Union in articles noting the strong seasons from Columbia and Schalmont respectively. In the Times Union sectional draw preview, 5 girls were recognized as players to watch in their respective Class tournaments: Micaela Tahoe for AA, Kennedy Ring for A, Simone Cassano for B, Lily Farrell for CC, and Addyson Galuski for C.

For some teams sectionals have already started, and we've seen our girls at Ballston Spa, Chatham, and Maple Hill survive and advance; not to mention a big 1-0 shutout for Cambridge with Lexie Pederson minding the net and Rosie Sanchez scoring the game winning goal for Troy in their 1-0 win and first time advancing in the past 7 years.
