We are excited to announce that our club will be adding programming through the National Premier League (NPL) as a member of the New England Impact NPL! This will provide opportunities for ALL players in the club, and will now have two platforms (along with our USYS North Atlantic Academy teams) to provide girls in the Capital Region with meaningful competitive opportunities regionally and potentially nationally.
The current slate of clubs in New England Impact NPL for next season will be: Alleycats, Aztec SC, Bayside FC, Best FC, Bolts West, FC Stars Central, Legacy SC, Liverpool International Academy, South Shore Select, and Spirit of Liverpool. The league provides access to the NPL National Finals in Colorado. Advancement is determined through league play results culminating in an end of season Impact Cup where teams are seeded based on standings with winners in each age group from the Impact Cup advancing to the NPL National Finals.
New England Impact NPL also provides member clubs with New England based ID clinics, preparation clinics for younger players to get use to the ID clinic environment, and access to a large network of college coaches in the New England area. Maybe most importantly, New England Impact NPL provides member clubs with webinars, workshops, and resources related to not only navigating the recruiting process, but also mental and physical health and well-being and a variety of other topics.
