Jason Ramundo

Jason Ramundo, a three year varsity starter from Colonie High School, attended and played at SUNY Cobleskill College. He later played professional soccer for five years with the Albany Alleycats and the New York Capital District Shockers in the USISL and the PDL.

Currently, Ramundo is ranked as one of the top indoor goalies with the Premier Arena Soccer League (PASL), where he has led the Shockers to the national championships for the past three out of four years. He has also won Gold and Silver Medals at the Empire State Games.

Jason currently is the Eastern New York Boys ODP Goalkeeping Coach, the Western Mass Pioneers USL 2 goalkeeping coach and had been the Albany Admirals PDL assistant coach, Siena College Assistant Coach and RPI’s Goalkeeping Coach

Ramundo holds a NSCAA National Coaching Diploma, a NSCAA National Goalkeeping Diploma and a NSCAA Special Topics Diploma

 

Betsy Drambour

Betsy has been training and coaching youth club teams for the Albany Alleycats since 2002 and hails from the soccer mecca of Clifton Park where she was an All-American in High School while playing for Shenendehowa High School.

After a stellar high school career, Betsy went on to an even greater career at George Mason University where her team was consistently one of the best in the country.

In 1985 playing as a defender, she was voted Best Defensive Player of the National Final Four as her team downed the University of North Carolina for the National Women’s Soccer Championship.

Drambour is no stranger to training at the highest level having spent a number of years on the youth national team as well as on the Women’s National Team. Training with the likes of Michelle Akers, April Heinrichs, Christine Lilly, and Mia Hamm while under the National Team coaching of Anson Dorrance of UNC fame Betsy brings a strong competitive edge to the Alleycats girls program
