Alleycats Goalkeeper off to Division 1 Boston University

 April 24, 2009 BOSTON - The Boston University women’s soccer team and head coach Nancy Feldman are pleased to announce the 2013 recruiting class, which will compete with the two-time defending America East champions in the fall. The Terriers, who will be looking for their seventh conference title in 10 years, welcome a diverse group of seven student-athletes that hail from as close as Massachusetts to as far as Hawaii. ...........Catherine Calsolaro a goalkeeper out of Albany, N.Y., played four years with the Alleycats Premier Soccer Club and won a gold medal at the Empire State Games. As a sophomore on the varsity team at Albany, she was named the 2006 Times Union Big Ten Second Team All-Star. In addition to her soccer accolades, Calsolaro was an accomplished swimmer, and competed for USA Swimming for eight years and with the Albany Starfish Swim Club. Catherine is very quick and quite athletic," said Feldman.
