The Academy format will focus on technical skill development throughout the year.
 
The fall activity will mix age group levels as appropriate to gain maximum development through competitive interaction, individual challenges and motivational stimulation. Team training will occur and will participate in appropriate fall leagues.
 
The winter activity will continue the focus on skill development and small sided indoor play within a team format with emphasis on providing players with multiple competitive opportunities at appropriate age levels.
 
The spring activity again will train in an academy format with skill development as the focus but with finalized outdoor team rosters that emphasize team play within appropriate outdoor age groups.
