The U15 Alleycat Lynx were Finalist in the Elite Division at the National Elite Womens Soccer Showcase (NEWSS).  The prestigious Albertson Showcase draws high level teams from throughout the county.  The Lynx won their flight and went 2-0-1 in group play while not surrendering a goal.  They had a huge 2-0 win over PDA from New Jersey #4 and a 2-0 victory over CFC Arsenal of CT #2.

     In the Championship game the Lynx were up 2-1 on East Meadow before surrendering a corner kick goal with 30 seconds left in regulation.  They went on to be defeated 3-2 in a 7 v 7 full field OT format.  The Alleycat Lynx had a fantastic weekend of soccer with some great results over quality programs.
